“ We have been going to McAlisters in Council Bluffs, IA for years. The food is always fresh and their honey mustard is tops !. Store Manager Holly and staff are always friendly as they consistently check on us while dining in that all is satisfactory . They always ask need a refill, the famous tea is always spot on ! The store is clean, bright and has a friendly atmosphere. The area manager Cody is friendly and courteous when he is at the store . The rewards program has proven to be of value to us . ”
“ I love this restaurant! Wonderful cheese and broccoli soup and pecanberry salad! You can order from your table with their app and they always ask if there is anything else they can bring you when they deliver your food. In the evening though I cant tell that its open. The windows are too dark. Ive almost left thinking you were closed. Please add an Open sign. ”

Just a spud was absolutely delicious, chicken caesar salad that my daughter had was good. 12 in French dip was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend that for anyone that comes here. The spicy turkey melt was not terribly spicy it had excellent flavor I like avocado so I thought it was great. Macaroni and potato salad sides were excellent. “ Love stopping here for a bite! Workers have always been pleasant every time I have been here, even when they are busy during a rush. The menu is quite large with lots of options to choose from. I usually end up getting the Southwest Chicken Sandwich which has ALWAYS been delicious every single time! And usually I order a side of mac n cheese as well, which has typically been that great creamy cheesey goodness you expect for mac n cheese. Today I ventured off my usual path and did a half sandwich and half salad. I tried the southwest chicken avocado salad for my salad I was thoroughly impressed with how filling this half salad was and it looked fantastic FRESH! Chicken was cooked perfectly thinly sliced so it was able to be eaten without a struggle. I was hesitant to try the chili lime vinaigrette dressing it came with, but Im glad I forced myself to try it. It really took the salad to the next level. I dont typically like vinaigrettes or limes so this is saying a lot! I also tried the Oreo cheesecake today huge win. Pure delicious ruin all the healthy food you just ate but it was worth it goodness!! There is quite a bit of seating here feel like it has always been clean and taken care of during my visits. The restrooms are single person stalls, which also have been clean every trip Ive had to use them. ”

“ I was so pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. We usually go to Panera but decided to try McAllister instead. Im so glad we did. The food was even better than Paneras, and the tea is absolutely amazing. I think what put it over the top for me, though, was the personal care Jeremy showed us by stopping by our table and asking if everything was as expected and refilling our tea. I will definitely choose this restaurant again the next time Im up visiting my parents. ”
